Sterling, Colorado Oct 1, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - CrackedRack is a small but noteworthy musician on YouTube. Normally he creates death metal and hip hop songs, though as of the last 2 years has been dipping his toes into the Pop Punk genre starting with his release "Keffals Song". Keffals Song has been ironically dubbed a "transgender anthem" by fans of the controversial streaming personality Keffals. The song was written by 23 year old CrackedRack, who has been creating songs on the internet for several years now. It was immediately discovered by internet personality Keffals and was celebrated for it's edgy humor and extreme catchiness, the song blending elements of hip hop with elements of pop punk and emo. Acts that could be compared to it include The Bloodhound Gang, Blink-182 and if you wanted to be really complimentary, Linkin Park.
The song starts with a catchy pop punk backing track, which is now being distributed and used like hip hop instrumentals were online. The silly but intimidating CrackedRack steps into the frame, clad with a David Bowie tattoo on his left hand among other strange appearance choices like a chinstrap for facial hair. The earworm of a chorus then starts, blaring obscenities regarding a transgender person's operation in an eerily catchy way. Catchy riffs and lines follow as CrackedRack can be seen walking around a small town mouthing the words to the absurd and obscene song. While singing he can be seen smoking cigarettes, getting hit by vehicles and walking around town with sagged pants.
Some have condemned the song as being disturbing and unacceptable, while others believe it to be very catchy and enjoyable. The transgender community, the target of mockery in the song's lyrics, appears to accept the song and has adopted it as an "anthem" of sorts. This is just one of many music videos produced by CrackedRack, whose real name is Matthew Holman. You can view the video below.
